Well, it is official, the first confirmed tornado in Minnesota in the month of December happened not too long ago. In fact, it just missed me here in Rochester! This complex of storms actually went on to spawn 3+ tornado warnings before eventually moving out of the state. Here is the following excerpt from the National Weather Service out of La Crosse, simply validating the tornado warning near Plainview earlier tonight.
